Monet Waterlily Canvas Painting Birthday Project Ages 8+
Learn to paint step by step! Claude Monet (1840-1926) was a French Impressionist painter who loved to go outside and paint in his garden. Our painting will be inspired by his garden full of water lilies in Giverny, France. Let's look at his paintings together and find out how he used the art elements: LINE, SHAPE, COLOR, TEXTURE and VALUE. Leave with a finished 8" x10" acrylic painting on canvas.

Our calendar fills up quickly, early booking is recommended. The $300 deposit is required to hold the date. Additional material fee per child is due upon day of event.

ITINERARY

-Arrive 15-30 minutes before the event to set up.
-Guests enjoy “free draw” time with Crayon Rocks while friends arrive.
-Our teacher begins art project after all of your guests arrive.
-Art project lasts 30 to 45 minutes.
-If you wish to serve food or cake, participants may eat after the project.

LOGISTICS

-A $300 deposit covers a 1.5 hour event with 30 minutes for set up and clean up (2 hours total). The deposit is required to hold the date and is not-refundable.
-The project and material fee per participant is due on the day of the event. The fee is dependent upon the project and material cost.
-Our space can comfortably accommodate approximately 12-15 kids and 5-8 adults at the same time. We recommend that parents drop off and pick up party guests.
-Guests enjoy a 10% discount on art supplies and gifts in the Oil and Cotton shop.
-Decorations, food and beverages are welcome!
-We respectfully ask that you leave our space as you found it. THAMK YOU!
