*This pigment-based black ink is waterproof and works well with dip pens and brushes, and it's perfect for projects on paper or board that need a semi-gloss appearance. 

*For use on paper, board and film. Use with dip pens, brushes and air brushes. Waterproof. Semi-gloss sheen when dry. Colors can be mixed or diluted with water to produce ranges of shades and hues. Will not chip, peel, feather or smear. 1 oz. Dropper Bottles.
