Glass Kiln Carved Sconce Pair
Date: Sunday, October 25, 1-3pm

Make a pair of seasonal inspired glass scones. Place a candle behind your sconce for a brilliant color display, perfect for our transition into fall and winter. This class is wonderful for beginners to kiln formed glass. Students will cut designs into 1/8” fiber paper, top with colorful, transparent, fusible glass which will adopt the created pattern when heated to 1350F, after which the flat, patterned piece will be slumped into a graceful half-round
candle sconce. Make your home cozy or gift to someone you love during the holidays.

The sconces will then be fired in the instructor’s Kessler Park studio and returned within 7-10 days. Fun, unique and one-of-a-kind!
