Painting is a wonderful medium in which we can use to interpret the world around us. In this Introductory painting class we will develop our technical skills, along with experimenting with all the possibilities painting can offer. Students will paint create a layered mixed media painting on a 16" x 16" cradled wood board that explores abstracting the human form. Experimentation, making mistakes, and adding layers and taking them away will be encouraged!
